OVERVIEW Thank you for shopping with Grab and Go Store! We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free shipping applies to domestic US orders only. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing

- Expedited International: 5–10 business days after processing
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Grab and Go Store is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
CARRIERS All domestic and international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS & DUTIES (CANADA) Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Grab and Go Store has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. Grab and Go Store is not responsible for such delays.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting usps.com and entering your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Grab and Go Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at grabandgostore2@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Grab and Go Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by USPS. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting your local USPS post office with your tracking number
- Filing a missing mail claim at usps.com
If your package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us at grabandgostore2@gmail.com and we will work with USPS to investigate and resolve the issue.
DAMAGED ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at grabandgostore2@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
